We operate moonlitenterprise.com, as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (the "Legal Terms") (collectively, the "Services").

1. OUR SERVICES
Moonlit Enterprise LLC provides an automated SMS-based customer review management service for local businesses. Our system helps businesses collect authentic Google reviews from customers who voluntarily opt in via QR code.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, and content. All rights reserved.
3. USER REPRESENTATIONS
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that: (1) you have the legal capacity to agree to these Legal Terms; (2) you are not a minor; (3) you will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; and (4) your use of the Services will not violate any applicable law or regulation.
4. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES
You may not use the Services to harass, defraud, or harm any individual or business. You may not use the Services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
5. SUBSCRIPTION
The Services are offered on a monthly subscription basis. Subscriptions automatically renew each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time by contacting us at rsainvil0@gmail.com.
6. SERVICES MANAGEMENT
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time without notice. We are not liable for any loss resulting from such actions.
7. TERM AND TERMINATION
These Legal Terms remain in effect while you use the Services. We reserve the right to terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms.
8. GOVERNING LAW
These Legal Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. You irrevocably consent that the courts of New Jersey shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute arising in connection with these Legal Terms.
9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any dispute informally for at least 30 days before initiating arbitration. Arbitration shall be conducted by 1 arbitrator, seated in New Jersey, conducted in English, under the substantive law of New Jersey.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICES.
11. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT WILL MOONLIT ENTERPRISE LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
12. USER DATA
We collect phone numbers submitted voluntarily through our opt-in forms. This data is used solely to send review request messages on behalf of our business clients. We do not sell or share this data with third parties.
